Explosion proof certificate: a document used to determine whether the equipment meets the requirements of standards, type tests and applicable routine tests. The certificate can be for ex equipment or ex components.
At present, the domestic explosion-proof certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
If the certificate is expired, you can choose to renew or renew it.
When the validity period of the explosion-proof certificate of the enterprise is about to expire, Zhongnuo testing shall provide an application letter for certificate replacement within three months before and after the validity period, and shall apply for certificate replacement again with the following information. In case of any accident, inform Zhongnuo testing center in time. The application letter includes the product name, model, original explosion-proof grade, original explosion-proof certificate number and the description of whether the product has been changed. The enterprise shall also send the expired explosion-proof certificate and technical data submitted for inspection to Zhongnuo Testing Center for re examination, and provide samples for re inspection.
Foreign explosion-proof certificates, such as ATEX and IECEx certificates, have no limited validity. Because their way of obtaining evidence is to use type test, that is, the combination of product certification and factory production quality system review, so as to ensure the validity of the certificate.
