Mining Product Safety Mark Certificate

In the safety technology system of China's "Interim Measures for Safety Signs of Coal Mining Products", the certification of mining equipment should be an important part of ensuring the safety of coal mines. There is a growing awareness of the benefits to coal mines of certifying mining equipment. The State Economic and Trade Commission and the Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau issued documents such as the Interim Measures for the Administration of Safety Signs of Coal Mine Products and the Catalogue of Coal Mine Products Subject to Safety Sign Administration. These documents further clarify the safety sign management organization, determine the scope of product management and specific safety sign management rules, which is a more comprehensive approach to safety sign management. The above measures ensure the safe use of the equipment underground.
Certification program
To apply for a safety sign, a manufacturer of safety sign products needs to fill in the application form, preliminary review and qualified registration, review and certificate issuance.
Apply
Mining product safety sign application unit (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) shall submit an application for product safety sign application to the Safety Standard National Mining Product Safety Sign Center (hereinafter referred to as the Safety Standard National Center), and submit the application materials.
(1) The production unit applying for the safety mark must meet the following conditions:
①Have a business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce;
②Have the registered capital, production scale, business site and technical force suitable for the production of mining products;
③ The main managers should understand the relevant laws and regulations of coal mine safety;
④Have production equipment that guarantees qualified product quality;
⑤ There are inspection and testing methods that meet the requirements of product safety performance:
⑥The production technology is advanced, reasonable and reliable;
⑦Have a perfect and effective quality assurance system;
⑧Have finished product production (assembly) and factory inspection conditions;
⑨ Other relevant conditions.
(2) Products applying for safety marks must meet the following conditions:
①Meet the safety production requirements of coal mines, and comply with the current national safety standards, industry safety standards and the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations";
② There are correct and complete technical documents;
③ New products produced with new materials, new technologies and new processes shall have appraisal or review opinions approved by the safety production supervision (supervision) agency at the provincial or ministerial level;
④Other relevant conditions.
(3) Mining product production units applying for safety signs shall fill in the "Safety Sign Application Form" in duplicate as required, and submit the following materials to the certification body:
①A copy of the business license, and stamped with the official seal of the applicant;
②Product production standards (technical conditions), product drawings, process flow charts and other technical documents;
③ product photos;
(4) Other relevant information.
Preliminary review, acceptance
The National Safety Standard Center conducts a preliminary review of the application materials submitted by the applicant. If the application meets the requirements, it will sign an application contract with the applicant and accept it.
Technical review, product inspection
The National Safety Standard Center organizes and implements technical review of the applied products, and entrusts the inspection and inspection agencies authorized by the State Administration of Work Safety to inspect the products.
On-site review
The National Safety Standard Center organized an evaluation team to conduct on-site inspection and assessment of the applicant's subject qualification, production capacity, and product safety performance guarantee system.
